On October 11, 2018, Director of the National People’s Congress Wang Kemin and Lincoln County Executive Colin Davy signed the Agreement on the Establishment of Friendship between Hunan Province of the People’s Republic of China and Lincolnshire, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
